• Lead narrative editing across formats, ensuring clarity, credibility, and a consistent brand voice.
• Own end-to-end execution of key content programs from ideation to delivery.
• Publish and maintain content across digital platforms with CMS management including posting, tagging, and metadata.
• Manage editorial calendars and workflows across writers, designers, and channel owners.
• Partner with product, sales, regional, and marketing teams to align content to go-to-market motions.
• Develop templates, playbooks, governance frameworks, and scalable processes.
• Apply performance insights to optimize topics, formats, and channel plans.
