You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify risks, drive remediation, and contribute to quarterly reporting while delivering training to uplift oversight capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a second-line compliance, oversight, or audit role.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, with ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute second-line QA testing across risks like onboarding, AML reviews, ongoing monitoring, and terminations.
• Identify critical risks and partner with first-line to complete remediation.
• Contribute to program efficiency, planning, and quarterly reporting on compliance performance.
