Overview: The Payments Business Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of US Corporate Cash Management Payment Services, focusing on Wire/RTGS, ACH, and Check. Responsibilities include developing product strategy, delivering product roadmaps, supporting front office teams, collaborating with support functions, managing daily business functions, addressing non-financial product risks, and supporting audits and regulatory developments.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as product owner, overseeing product lifecycle in partnership with stakeholders
  • Conduct product reviews and validate launches
  • Oversee product launch and marketing activities
  • Maintain platform documentation and manage product risks

Skills You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance preferred; Master’s a plus
  • Relevant experience in Payments, especially Wire/RTGS, ACH, and Check services; certifications like CTP, AAP, NCP are pluses
  • Understanding of clearing systems, regulations, and risk management
  • Knowledge of Cash Management products and industry
  • Extensive product management experience including strategic planning and risk control
