As a Vice President, you will play a key role in supporting the Trading and Sales business for Securitized Products. This role is fast-paced and high-pressure, requiring a detail-oriented, resourceful individual with strong problem-solving skills. You will work closely with traders, sales, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic execution, manage operational workflows, and support key initiatives across the fixed income front-to-back lifecycle.
To be successful as a Securitized Products - Trading and Sales Business Manager, you should have:
- Strong understanding of fixed income trading systems and front-to-back processes, from trade booking to market risk and settlement
- Deep knowledge of operational workflows and controls within trading environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Prior experience or strong understanding of securitized products and related systems architecture

This role is located in our New York, New York office.
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000

Purpose of the role

Accountabilities
- Collaborate with business and senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise between different business units and functions, fostering communication and collaboration.
- Manage and coordinate strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts to optimize business processes and strengthen the control environment.
- Improve operational efficiency within the organization, including identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Develop performance reports for key metrics that reinforce the strategic objectives of the division and support external commitments. Involve in financial analysis and budget management, including financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring performance against targets.
- Support business heads in partnership with HR on hiring, workforce planning, and joiner/mover/leaver actions.
