ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Payments Architect to lead the design and development of modern payment platforms for high-value and wire payments.

You will provide architectural guidance for digital wallet integrations and work with cross-functional teams to connect traditional banking with next-gen payment technologies. The role requires extensive payments architecture experience in banking/fintech, expertise in API architecture, and knowledge of digital assets like tokenized deposits

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Payments Architect within banking, financial services, fintech, or payment processing sectors.
• Deep understanding of high-value payments and wire payment systems.
• Proven experience designing and integrating digital wallet solutions.
• Knowledge of digital asset initiatives involving tokenized deposits and stablecoins.

• Stay current with emerging trends in blockchain, tokenized deposits, and stablecoins to inform strategic decisions.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience as a Payments Architect within banking, financial services, fintech, or payment processing sectors.
• Deep understanding of high-value payments and wire payment systems.
• Proven experience designing and integrating digital wallet solutions.
• Knowledge of digital asset initiatives involving tokenized deposits and stablecoins.
• Technical expertise in wire payments, API architecture, tokenized deposits, and blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Besu and Firefly.
