    THE POSITION:

    The Payments & Fraud Supervisor is responsible for leading a small team of analysts and plays a key role in supervising our F&P customer experience across the FanDuel Group brands. Payments & Fraud Supervisors assist in overseeing the day-to-day Payments & Fraud support operations to ensure industry-leading performance and compliance. Individuals must function independently, supervise a small team, and work with other managers and staff. This position is expected to alternate weekend coverage with the other employees of the department. This position reports to the Payments & Fraud Operations Manager.

    THE GAME PLAN:
    Everyone on our team has a part to play

    • Manage and oversee daily functions of Payments & Fraud operations
    • Organize team scheduling and daily task assignments
    • Develop and analyze reports that assist decision-makers in improving our business
    • Lead prevention initiatives, projects, and escalation
    • Lead education on fraud and payment related issues
    • Collaborate with analytics to create dashboards and monitor performance across KPIs
    • Deep dive into individual risk events to perform root cause analysis and combine insights with a data-driven approach to develop preventative controls
    • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute policies and features
    • Identify new or recurring threats and propose solutions and strategies for implementation
    • Assist in identifying, growing, and developing fraud and payment analysts within the Fraud & Payments Ops Team
    • Perform all related and compatible duties as assigned and assist in ad hoc projects

    THE STATS:
    What we're looking for in our next teammate

    • Minimum of 2 years of fraud, payments and/or customer support experience in Daily Fantasy Sports or related online gaming, sports betting/e-commerce fields preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
    • Direct experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts and the desire to help others learn and grow
    • Advanced level of familiarity with online gaming fraud schemes and categories as well as knowledge of common fraud-prevention strategies and systems
    • Strong analytical ability; SQL experience preferred
    • Competence with Salesforce or comparative CRM tooling
    • In-depth knowledge of banking systems and online payments
    • Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering detection methods and regulations
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel Functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc)
    • Licensure: Must pass required licensing as mandated by various state regulatory bodies. Failure to be licensed or retain licensure will result in termination of employment
