What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain partnerships across payment providers, card networks, technology providers, and regulatory bodies
- Lead comprehensive business reviews and executive briefings to highlight delivered value and identify future opportunities
- Negotiate and execute contracts ensuring alignment with organizational needs and successful partnership execution
- Communicate insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve business or operational performance
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and integrate partner solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA Degree
- 5+ years’ experience within the payments industry
- 5+ years’ experience developing strategic relationships
- Strong knowledge of the Payments Systems in the U.S. and the competitive landscape
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in contract negotiation, licensing agreements, and revenue-sharing models
- Well-versed in effective techniques for running enterprise account management programs
- Analytical skills to review and present financial and operational reports
- Ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and external partners
