Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a technical, customer-facing Payments Risk Consulting Lead for Signal and Guarantee. You will interpret model outputs, diagnose performance drivers, and translate analysis into concrete threshold and rules recommendations.

You will own proofs of concept and retros, and collaborate with AEs and TAMs to scale processes. You will optimize customer risk performance, read outputs, and propose data-backed improvements to keep authorization rates high while

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets model outputs to diagnose drivers of performance.
• Delivers data-backed threshold and rules recommendations.
• Owns proofs of concept and retros for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own customer proofs of concept and retros from analysis through recommendations and follow-through.
• Proactively optimize Signal customers, prioritizing accounts with high return rates.
• Read model outputs and diagnose drivers of authorization and return-rate performance.
• Recommend threshold and rules changes aligned with customer risk goals.
• Help customers tune thresholds to achieve target authorization rates while protecting loss performance.
• Partner with AEs and TAMs to bring deep product and modeling expertise into engagements.
• Improve decision and return reporting to strengthen customer experience and the company's models.
• Turn recurring insights into onboarding playbooks and product requirements.
