As a Product Manager in Treasury Services Payments, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, develop profitable products that provide customer value, and guide successful product launches. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the scalability, resiliency, and stability of our products, delivering experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
  2. Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
  3. Own and maintain the product backlog supporting the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  4. Build and track key success metrics such as cost, features, functionality, risk, and reliability.
  5. Coordinate activities across regions with Payment Product teams, Credit Risk, Technology, and Operations.
  6. Identify process deficiencies and business risks, escalating within the Risk and Control framework.
  7. Document current processes and collaborate to define the future governance strategy for payment rails, highlighting points of failure and risks.
  8. Perform quantitative analyses to identify themes and insights, sourcing relevant data and building models.
  9. Lead strategic decision-making and governance for payment rails, focusing on funds control and risk management.
  10. Create visual presentations of payment flow documentation to highlight potential risks from a credit risk perspective.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of data analytics tools, payment flows, and credit risk management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytics skills, and an outside-in perspective on competition.
  • Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, quality, and thoroughness.
  • Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset, curiosity, flexibility, urgency, and integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines across different markets and time zones.

**Base Salary**: Jersey City, NJ: $118,750 - $187,500 per year.
