As a Product Manager in Treasury Services Payments, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, develop profitable products, guide successful launches, gather feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, resiliency, and stability of our products.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
  2. Conducts discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer needs and integrates findings into the product roadmap.
  3. Owns and maintains the product backlog supporting the strategic roadmap.
  4. Builds frameworks and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
  5. Coordinates activities across regions involving Payment Product teams, Credit Risk, Technology, and Operations.
  6. Identifies process deficiencies and business risks, escalating within the Risk and Control framework.
  7. Documents current processes and collaborates on future governance strategies for payment flows, highlighting points of failure and risks.
  8. Performs quantitative analyses to identify themes, insights, and build models/outputs.
  9. Leads governance and strategic decision-making across payment rails to ensure effective funds control.
  10. Creates visual presentations to highlight payment flow points of failure and potential risks from a credit risk perspective.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  1. 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain expertise.
  2. Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  3. Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
  4. Knowledge of data analytics tools, payment flows, and credit risk management.
  5. Strong commercialization acumen and competitive insight.
  6. Effective communication skills at all stakeholder levels.
  7. High attention to detail, quality, and thoroughness.
  8. Self-motivated, team-oriented, curious, flexible, with a high sense of urgency and integrity.
  9. Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines across different markets and time zones.
