Job Summary

We are seeking a Vice President, FX Payments Product Manager in RBC Clear to lead the FX Payments strategy and roadmap in a startup environment. You will be a key member of the FX Product team, representing the customer perspective in product and workflow design. Your role involves launching FX products, gathering feedback, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

What will you do?

1. Establish vision and roadmap for RBC Clear payment products, integrating FX/Cross-currency features.
2. Align strategy with organizational goals and enhance client experience.
3. Serve as the voice of the customer in product design and feedback collection.
4. Evaluate external partnership opportunities to expand the payment rails/markets.
5. Engage in client discussions regarding FX payment solutions.
6. Collaborate with teams across operations, finance, legal, compliance, and risk to develop and launch products.
7. Manage and develop the product backlog supporting strategic objectives.

What do you need to succeed?

• Undergraduate Degree (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years in product management or relevant experience.
• Proven experience in building FX payment networks and ecosystems.
• Knowledge of global real-time and emerging payment schemes.
• Understanding of large corporate and emerging payment use cases.
• Technical understanding of system dependencies.
• Client-centric and innovative approach to product design.
