Job summary

21st Mortgage is seeking a Level 3 financial specialist to process payments and pay-offs on a daily basis, and to sort mail for the accounting department. Cross-training in related accounting functions is provided.

Responsibilities include reconciling sub systems to the General Ledger, handling installment receivables and ancillary accounts, daily cash receipts, and resolving payment discrepancies with attention to detail.

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
