Job Description

Under the direction of the VP Payment Operations, performs functions related to payments, account setup, reviews, documentation, and product training for deposit accounts and products. Focuses on Cash Management services, supporting daily operational functions efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Support daily Payment Operations including processing ACH, check exception items, RTP, Positive Pay, ACH reviews, account balancing, and handling new payment services according to policies and NACHA rules.
2. Ensure timely completion of workflows, emails, and CRM tasks within SLAs.
3. Maintain knowledge of Cash Management products and manage associated risks.
4. Assist with wire transfers, account setup, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and quality control.
5. Monitor reports monthly and stay updated on industry scams and security risks.
6. Assist with training, procedures updates, and communication of regulatory changes.
7. Handle customer inquiries and support department workflows to ensure timely resolution.
8. Participate in system upgrades, project meetings, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance.
9. Cross-train to support team operations as needed.
10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
11. Collaborate with vendors and assist with audits and other duties as assigned.
