Eneba is seeking a Payment Operations professional to own diagnostic work on the checkout funnel across multiple PSPs. You will surface alerts, investigate declines and outages, and translate findings into actionable improvements.

The role emphasizes fast iteration, clear stakeholder communication, and improving authorization and conversion through data-driven insights. The team works in English, with a flexible work arrangement and opportunities to impact a growing international marketplace.

Qualifications

• Must understand payments funnel concepts: interchange, decline codes, FX, tokenization, 3DS, fraud fundamentals.
• Ability to translate complex data and insights for non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience performing root-cause analysis on funnel drop-off or decline patterns.

Responsabilités

• Take diagnostic ownership of checkout funnel health and surface alerts, insights, and defects.
• Lead root-cause investigations distinguishing engineering defects from user-behavior patterns.
• Support funnel reporting cadence and translate data into actionable insights for improved authorization rate and conversion.
• Analyze authorization rate, decline codes, and multi-PSP performance to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud on funnel issues and outages.
• Develop into a trusted point of contact for payment funnel health within the team.
