growetalents is assisting an international online gaming company seeking a Payments Operations specialist in the United States. You will support the launch of new payment providers, manage payment flows, analyze performance and improve transaction lifecycles to boost customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in online payments, strong Excel and Tableau skills, experience with international partners, and proficient English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Payments Operations, Billing, Payment Support, or similar in online payments.
• Solid understanding of online payment systems, PSPs, and transaction lifecycles.
• Experience with financial/transactional data and international partners.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Experience you'll need to bring:

• 2+ years of experience in Payments Operations, Billing, Payment Support, or a similar role within online payments;
• Solid understanding of online payment systems, PSPs, technical integrations, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles;
• Confidence working with financial and transactional data;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau;
• Experience communicating with international partners and payment service providers, both verbally and in writing;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Experience in iGaming will be an advantage.
