Abacus Insights is seeking a dynamic Analytics Manager for Payment Integrity. You will be at the intersection of data, strategy, and sales, shaping how the market sees us and guiding pricing decisions. You’ll craft demos, dashboards, and insights across value-based care, population health, and fraud detection.

You’ll lead front-line analytics, collaborate with Sales, and translate complex healthcare data into compelling narratives that win deals in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in a healthcare-related company with payment integrity experience.
• Deep understanding of payer reimbursement methodologies, claims data, and medical cost trends.
• Expertise in healthcare data and analytics used by payers.
• Experience building executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Clear, empathetic communication and ability to engage external customers in sales.

Responsibilities

• Be a thought leader for payment integrity analytics and trends.
• Collaborate across teams to measure performance and craft reporting tools.
• Build demos and materials showcasing payment integrity and related domains.
• Deliver compelling product demos with data-backed RFPs and proposals.
• Forecast revenue from pipelines and create executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Own analytics behind deal margins and pricing strategies.
• Translate payer reimbursement topics into actionable insights for clients.
