Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Back Payment Collections Specialist for a Portsmouth, NH client. This temporary role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite days.

You will manage collection efforts, communicate with clients, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams. Experience in collections and strong Excel skills are preferred.

• 1+ year of collections, banking, cash management or related experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in Portsmouth, NH looking to add a temporary Payment Collections Specialist to their team.
This role is primarily remote, with only two days per month required onsite in Portsmouth, NH.

• Manage collection efforts and follow up on outstanding payments
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Process and maintain accurate payment and collection records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding items
• Assist with additional payment operations as needed

• 1+ year of collections, banking, cash management or related experience
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Must have a personal laptop with Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Compensation: $20–$22/hour, depending on experience
