Must Have : Payment Business Analyst with JP Morgan Concourse Experience and Mainframe Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands on experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Financial Systems, or related roles
- Experience supporting payment systems, billing platforms, financial operations, or enterprise technology solutions
- Support programs and collaborate with business and technology partners
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience in insurance or financial services
Familiarity with:
- Treasury operations and cash management
- Payment reconciliation and financial reporting
- Understanding of enterprise integration concepts, such as APIs and event-driven systems
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements management, backlog tracking, and documentation
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies, to support payment analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
