Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Payload Operations Level II Manager on the MOSSI contract. This leadership role oversees the POI Specialists, PDRT/Human Factors, PODF, and Crew Training Coordinators, coordinating with the MOSSI PM and Deputy PM to meet contract obligations and ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will develop metrics and reports, mentor Level III managers, and interface with NASA management, delivering effective payload

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering/Science preferred.
• 10 years of work experience in management, coordination, spaceflight operations, science, or engineering.
• Holding a position certification/qualification (current or previous) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-discipline Payload Operations Team.
• Develop metrics and reports for senior contract and customer management.
• Coordinate with MOSSI PM and Deputy PM on plans to meet contract obligations.
• Support POI meetings, Branch, staff, and Flight Readiness Reviews (FRRs).
• Mentor Level III managers and team members; promote teamwork and provide direction.
