Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Payload Communications Manager (Paycom) Console Operator to act as the primary voice between the ground and ISS crew for payload-related issues. You will coordinate with the POIC, PDs, and IPs while advocating for the crew during operations.

The role requires working various Central Time shifts, strong English communication, and the ability to summarize technical data.

Qualifications

• Certified Paycom participating in ISS operations and simulations.
• Able to coordinate with other payload cadre to support procedures and training.
• Capable of making quick, clear decisions in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is essential.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Paycom participant in ISS operations, simulations, and docked missions.
• Facilitate ISS Payload Crew Training and readiness.
• Coordinate with payload cadre on procedures, changes, and regulations.
• Represent the Paycom Group in meetings and planning sessions.
• Provide console support and maintain logs during shifts.
