Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Payer Strategy & Analytics professional to partner on payer contracting and revenue cycle strategy for a healthcare provider environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Health Policy, Informatics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of reporting, analytics, and business operations experience in a healthcare or provider environment.
• 2+ years of direct experience in payor contracting analytics or out-of-network reimbursement.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the No Surprises Act and state arbitration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytical partner for payer contracting and revenue cycle strategies
• Build financial models to support payer negotiations and quantify the impact of reimbursement scenarios
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with IDR, arbitration, and litigation outcomes
• Own analytics for out-of-network reimbursement through the No Surprises Act IDR process
• Analyze CMS IDR Public Use Files to benchmark rates and outcomes by payor and service
• Evaluate IDRE selection patterns and recommend strategies for disputes
• Develop offer and rate strategies for IDR and arbitration submissions

For our client, we are seeking a Payer Strategy & Analytics Senior to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will serve as a key analytical partner supporting payer contracting and revenue cycle strategy across a healthcare provider environment. You will build financial models, evaluate reimbursement scenarios, and translate complex arbitration and litigation outcomes into actionable insights that support negotiation strategy and revenue performance. The position also plays an important role in shaping out-of-network reimbursement approaches and strengthening decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $103,887 - $192,190 annually
