What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the single-threaded owner and project coordinator for assigned payer products, managing timelines and deliverables from contract signature to market activation
- Act as the primary subject matter expert on assigned payer products, maintaining deep knowledge of features and value propositions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product readiness and alignment with growth targets
- Support the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies and campaigns in partnership with corporate marketing
- Report on product and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Project Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, project management, or cross-functional operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement

- Experience using project and task management tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, and Slack
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams with minimal supervision
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate product vision and progress
