SimonMed Imaging, a leader in radiology and imaging services, seeks a senior RCM leader to drive patient access through optimized revenue cycle management. You will lead distributed teams, transform processes, and implement scalable solutions across our nationwide network.

You will influence payer strategies, optimize denial management, and partner with clinical, IT, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining a focus on quality and patient care.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of RCM leadership experience.
• Radiology or imaging billing experience preferred.
• Expertise in denial management and root cause analysis.
• Offshore vendor management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of data analytics and automation experience.
• Coding experience and familiarity with Imagine systems a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Team leadership skills: 5+ years leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments, with a coaching mindset.

• Data & automation expertise:3+ years in data analytics and a track record of using technology to accelerate collections and reduce costs.

• Poise under pressure: You move quickly, adapt when payer trends shift, and keep your team focused in complex situations.
