Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and efficiency at our Kissimmee imaging center. You will greet patients, verify insurance, process documentation, and maintain accurate demographics and payments to ensure a smooth start to every visit.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service or medical office experience, strong communication skills, data entry ability, and familiarity with EMR/PM systems.

Responsibilities

You're a Strong Fit if You Have

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
