SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission, verify insurance, and process documentation with accuracy and compassion.

You will support a fast-paced imaging center team, handling scheduling, data entry, and patient flow while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This onsite role offers a collaborative environment and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through admission with accuracy and care.
• Verify insurance and process documentation to start each visit smoothly.
• Maintain patient demographics, insurance info, medical histories, consent forms, and payments with accuracy.
• Support front desk operations and collaborative care within the team.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues while keeping a positive patient experience.
