Job summary

Pure Infusion seeks a Payer Contracting Manager for Specialty Pharmacy & Home Infusion to lead contracting strategy and negotiations across a 14-state service area. You will collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Pharmacy Operations, and Finance to optimize reimbursement and implement agreements that support growth.

The role requires 6–8 years in payer contracting or healthcare reimbursement, with strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in payer contracting and healthcare reimbursement is required.
• Proven ability to analyze contract impact and negotiate favorable agreements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute contracting strategies for Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion across payer portfolios.
• Lead negotiations for new contracts, renewals, amendments, and network participation with commercial and government payers.
• Monitor reimbursement methodologies, contract performance, and financial impact to optimize payback.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Pharmacy Operations, Compliance, and Finance to implement contracts.
