Pure Infusion, a Utah-based healthcare company, seeks a Payer Contracting Manager for Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion. You will develop strategies, lead negotiations, and optimize reimbursement across a 14-state footprint, coordinating with Revenue Cycle, Pharmacy Operations, and Compliance.
The role emphasizes contract performance analysis, payer trends monitoring, and senior-level relationship building with payers and networks.
Pure Infusion is a fast-growing healthcare company and a leader in chronic-condition infusion therapy. We deliver a personalized, private, and meaningful infusion experience for patients who often need ongoing care and consistency. Pure Infusion has been recognized as one of Utah's fastest-growing companies, and we believe that growth is a reflection of our people, purpose, values, and patient-first culture.
Our patients are referred by specialty physicians for biologic and other infusion therapies, often related to autoimmune disorders or primary deficiencies. These patients need more than an appointment. They need a place that feels calm, professional, comfortable, and human.
We live by four core values that define our culture and guide our hiring:
We care deeply about patients, teammates, referring providers, and every person who interacts with Pure Infusion.
We look for ways to make every visit, every process, and every interaction better than it was yesterday.
We are willing to challenge old healthcare assumptions and build a better model for patients and teams.
We serve with humility, appreciate the people around us, and believe gratitude should turn into action.
Our regular hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with most weekends and holidays off. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer:
The Payer Contracting Manager – Specialty Pharmacy & Home Infusion leads the development, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of payer contracts supporting Pure Infusion’s Specialty Pharmacy and ambulatory infusion services across a 14-state service area. This role owns assigned payer relationships, develops contracting strategies, negotiates favorable reimbursement and network participation agreements, and partners with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are financially optimized and operationally executable.
The position collaborates closely with Revenue Cycle, Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Leadership, Credentialing, Compliance, and Finance to improve patient access, maximize reimbursement, and support strategic growth initiatives. Unlike Pure Infusion’s Alternate Site of Care (AIC)/Buy & Bill contracting team, this position focuses specifically on Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion reimbursement models, distribution agreements, limited distribution network participation, pharmacy benefit and medical benefit contracting, and infusion-related payer strategies.
No licensure is required for this role. Relevant managed care or contracting certifications (e.g., Certified Payer Auditing and Reimbursement — CPAR; Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist — CMRS) are considered a plus.
