Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in payor contracting or related field.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, PBM, or health plan environments.
• Ability to translate contract terms into operational requirements for systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages lifecycle of payor contracts, including renewals and amendments.
• Acts as SME on reimbursement methodologies, fee schedules, and network participation.
• Tracks expirations and renewals to maintain access and compliance.
• Analyzes reimbursement risks and revenue leakage; collaborates with finance.
• Coordinates with IT and pharmacy ops to configure pricing rules and codes.
