Qualifications

• 3+ years of payer contracting experience
• Experience with enrollment processes and payer communications
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contracting and enrollment operations with focus on accuracy, productivity and compliance
• Manage execution, documentation, maintenance, and renewal of payer contracts with leadership
• Analyze payer performance incl. denial trends, reimbursement timelines, and contract compliance
• Communicate payer regulation changes, portals, reimbursement methods, fee schedules and processes
• Resolve complex payer escalations including denials, authorizations, and payment disputes
• Oversee payer enrollment applications from submission to approval with timely follow-up
• Act as liaison with payer enrollment representatives nationwide, including federal payers
• Maintain contract info and streamline contracting workflows using platforms and systems
• Develop and present regular payer performance reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate payer policy and operational changes across departments
• Identify training needs with Training & Development for team growth
• Promote accountability, collaboration, continuous learning and process improvement
