Sentara Health in Virginia Beach is seeking a Business Analyst Payer Escalations to design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports that support business operations and special projects. The role uses SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

You will work with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting systems, and develop dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets and multiple databases.
• Knowledge of BI tools, SQL querying, and reporting software.
• 3+ years relevant experience in business analysis, data reporting or analytics.
• Bachelor's level degree (Required)

Responsabilités

• Design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports to support business operations and special projects.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor KPIs and business performance.
• Translate complex data into concise, stakeholder-friendly reports and insights.
• Document business processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies; identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
