Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data reporting, or analytics.
• Experience with BI tools, SQL, querying and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Designing and generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business operations.
• Analyzing trends, patterns, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reporting.
• Utilizing SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data; conducting statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translating complex data into concise, easy-to-understand reports for stakeholders.
• Assisting in the development, implementation, and optimization of business information systems.
• Maintaining data structures, queries, and reporting tools to support business needs.
• Working closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and system functionality.
• Documenting business processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies.
• Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
