Sentara Health is seeking a Business Analyst Payer Escalations to design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports and dashboards for business operations. You will work with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools to extract data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
The role emphasizes data integrity, system optimization, and collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams to support reporting needs.
Competenze
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data reporting or analytics.
- Knowledge of BI tools, SQL querying, and reporting software.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Mansioni
- Design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports to support operations and projects.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor KPIs and performance.
- Utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data.
- Document data sources, processes, and reporting methodologies for cross-functional teams.
- Assist in development and optimization of business information systems and reporting tools.
