Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Business Analyst Payer Escalations to design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports that support operations and special projects. You will work with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau to extract, manipulate data and deliver clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will help develop, implement, and optimize information systems, document data sources and processes, and partner with IT and business teams to improve data availability, accuracy, and reporting

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business analysis, data reporting or analytics.
Experience with large datasets and multiple databases.
Knowledge of BI tools, SQL querying, and reporting software.

Responsibilities

Design, produce, and analyze data-driven reports to support operations and special projects.
Develop dashboards and visualizations for business performance and decision-making.
Maintain data integrity, accessibility, and reporting methodologies with IT and cross-functional teams.
Document data sources, reporting processes, and opportunities for process improvement.
