• Analyze expenses and ensure accurate GL coding for reliable reporting.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal teams; manage credits, returns, and tax questions.
• Prepare and file state sales and use tax returns across jurisdictions.
• Stay updated on changing tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly expense analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems and procedures.
