You will visually inspect paws, grade for mangling, discoloration, and remaining nails, and discard nonconforming paws. You will handle 40–50 pound bags and lift to box while following team policies and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes working with others, adhering to production standards, and participating in ongoing team development to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Be able to read and understand a scale.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and grade paws as they pass across the belt.
• Discards paws not meeting grade.
• Place unsalvageable paws in the condemn barrel.
• Bag and weigh 40–50 pounds of paws and lift above waist level to box.
• Participate as a member of the Team and support BE S T practices.
