Job summary

EZCORP in Tampa is hiring for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker). You will greet customers, process sales, loans, and extensions, and help customers with pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, and more.

Start as a Trainee in a 5-week paid training program with a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker after completion, then continue to Pawnbroker Certification and potential advancement to Lead Pawnbroker and Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and cash handling skills required.
• Ability to greet customers and communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail or pawnbroker environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers daily.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions; interact with customers on the floor and by phone.
• Assist customers with pawn items and offer courteous, solution-focused service.
• Support opening/closing store duties and maintain shop standards.
