EZCORP is hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in Palm Bay, FL. You will start in a 5-week paid training program with a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion of the program.

As part of our customer service team, you will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn items, and help build lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Process sales, loans, and extensions in a timely manner.
