Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Interact with customers daily, helping with sales and negotiating pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.
• Create a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition.
