EZCORP in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to greet customers, process sales and pawn loans, and build rapport in a fast-paced store. You will start in a 5-week paid training and earn raises as you progress through the Pawnbroker Certification Program.

The path may lead to Lead Pawnbroker and Assistant Manager roles, with comprehensive benefits and generous bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test after conditional offer.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with sales and pawn items daily.
• Process sales, loans and extensions and handle store duties.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and build customer relationships.
