Pledge Financial LLC is seeking an outgoing Pawnbroker / Sales Associate for our Joliet S & K Pawn location. You’ll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (training provided).
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Confidence in negotiating and problem-solving.
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first.
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales.
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers.
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions.
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team.
• Accurately handle cash and transactions.
• Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products.
