Pledge Financial LLC’s A- Abel Pawn store in Waukegan is hiring a Pawnbroker / Sales Associate. You’ll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases while learning sales, negotiation, and customer service.

As a team member you’ll greet customers, explain product options, and work toward store sales goals with your colleagues. You’ll also handle cash transactions and maintain an engaging sales floor. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Confidence in negotiating and problem‑solving
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math

Responsibilities
