Job summary

Pledge Financial LLC’s Fall River Pawnbroker & Jewelry team is seeking an energetic Pawnbroker / Sales Associate to assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales, while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

You’ll help customers understand product options, close deals, and maintain a welcoming store environment, with opportunities for growth in a large, established company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (training provided)
• Friendly, approachable, able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Confidence in negotiating and problem solving
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products along with other actions around the store as needed
