Pledge Financial LLC is seeking an outgoing Pawnbroker / Sales Associate for our Forest Heights store. You’ll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases, while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required).
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Confidence in negotiating and problemsolving.
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first.
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products along with other actions around the store as needed
