Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate in Baton Rouge, LA. You will earn $10.00 to $13.00 per hour plus commission for productivity.

The role includes greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining displays, and working with jewelry, tools, electronics, and more. Earned wage access and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become certified where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Maintain sales floor, displays and merchandise.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with training and other duties as needed.
