Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks entry-level Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and provide customer service across jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity, with training and opportunities across many store locations; the job emphasizes flexible scheduling and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
• Process sales and loan transactions following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per company rules.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
