FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and contribute to a positive shopping experience across a wide range of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations.

The role offers hourly pay with commissions based on productivity, plus benefits and training. Location-based pay may vary with store needs and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods (standing, walking, bending, repetitive motion).
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Handles sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Manages cash and negotiable items per policy.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Explains legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Works with staff to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes required training and performs other duties as assigned.
