Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Houston, TX is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing sales and loans, and engaging customers with a positive and professional attitude.

You will work with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations. The pay ranges from $10.00 to $14.00 per hour plus commission; Earned Wage Access is available, and 401k participation begins after six

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to provide and recommend solutions.
• Process sales and loans in accordance with policies.
• Keep sales floor clean and stocked; manage merchandise displays.
• Answer calls and assist customers with inquiries and transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and compliance with procedures.
