Job summary

FirstCash is hiring entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associates for store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with jewelry and general merchandise. Earn hourly pay plus commissions, with access to Earned Wage Access and benefits.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and operating POS systems while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and be team-oriented.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with transactions and loans.
• Process sales, loans, and other transactions accurately.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked and displayed.
• Answer calls and communicate policy to customers.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and duties as assigned.
