Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, push, pull for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong desire to serve customers and be team-oriented.
• Computer literate with POS systems.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Handles sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manages cash and negotiable items per policies and requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Explains legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Partners with staff to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training and performs related duties as needed.
