Queen of Pawns & Jewelry, Inc. in Florida seeks a customer-focused team member to provide loans and sales support in a busy pawn shop. You will deliver excellent service, assess loan amounts, price merchandise, and ensure accurate use of Pawn Master for transactions.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge/skills.
• Basic math and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to every customer who walks through the door.
• Handle pawn loans and payments and use Pawn Master for all transactions.
• Price general merchandise and value jewelry as part of loan decisions.
• Be knowledgeable of items in the store and engage customers while negotiating the best price.
• Keep store neat, properly labeled, and prepared for sales floor.
• Follow security procedures and store policies.
